These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at arvaveone.com (the “website”), operated by Arvave Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Arvave One”, “we” or “us”). Each Arvave One app comes with its own terms.

1. Using the website

By using the website you accept these terms. You may use it for personal and informational purposes, in good faith and in line with the law. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use it for any unlawful purpose. Search engines may access the website in line with our robots.txt file; any other automated copying or collection of its content, including for training artificial intelligence models, requires our prior written permission.

2. Intellectual property

The names Arvave and Arvave One, our logos and the texts, graphics and design of the website belong to us or our licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and other applicable law. You may not copy, publish or use them commercially without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

3. Product information

Apps that are in development may change. Descriptions and planned features do not guarantee a release date, platform or final specification.

4. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies, which apply when you visit them.

5. Availability and liability

We may change or suspend the website at any time. We aim to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
