Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains which personal data the Arvave One website (arvaveone.com) processes, why, and what rights you have. Each Arvave One app has its own privacy policy, which we publish on this website before the app is released.
1. Who we are
Arvave One is a brand of Arvave Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye. The company is the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the personal data described here.

- MERSİS number: 0086167193300001

2. When you visit the website
You can visit the website without giving us any personal information. When you open a page, your browser sends technical information to the server that delivers it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response sent, the referring page if your browser shares it, and your browser’s user agent. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records this information in server access logs.
We use these logs to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f)) and, where traffic information must be kept by law, to comply with that obligation (KVKK Article 5(2)(ç)). We do not use them to build a profile of you.
3. When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, your message and any attachments. We use them to answer you and handle any follow-up, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Our email service is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365).
4. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and it does not store anything in your browser. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any optional cookie is set.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. These providers process it on our behalf:
- Hostinger (website hosting): server access logs.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email): the emails you send us and our replies.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to a court or public authority, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Transfers outside Türkiye
Our providers may process personal data on servers outside Türkiye, for example in the European Union or the United States. For such transfers we rely on the mechanisms provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. How long we keep your data
- Emails: as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Server access logs: for the period set by our hosting provider and any period the law requires, then deleted automatically.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, ask for correction or deletion, object to a result arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR (in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR) may also give you rights, including access, erasure, objection and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
9. How to make a request
You can send your request in writing to our address above, or by email to support@arvaveone.com, either from an email address you have previously given us or signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature. Please include your name, your identity number (or your nationality and passport number), your address and what you are asking for. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If we reject your request or you find our answer insufficient, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Article 14).
10. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
